There are two deposits for transfer students; $200 confirming deposit and $200 housing deposit (for students who plan to live on campus).
Confirming deposit: Reserves your spot in the class. This is a $200 fee that goes toward enrollment processing costs.
Housing deposit: Puts you on the list for on-campus housing. On-campus housing is not guaranteed, and assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. This $200 and is credited toward your first bill.

Paying Online?
Go to your application portal. Select "login to my account" and enter username and password. If you have forgotten your password, follow the prompts to choose a new one.
Paying by mail?
Print the Deposit Mailing Form and mail, with your deposits, to the address listed on the bottom of the form.
Both the confirming and the housing deposits are fully refundable. To request a refund of your deposit(s), please by the deadline dates below to process your refund(s). You will need the email address you used when you applied to complete the form.
Deposit(s) will be refunded within three weeks of the initial request in the form of original payment.
The spring 2026 refund deadline is January 30, 2026 and fall 2026 refund deadline is August 21, 2026.
